Damaged Items – Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72-hrs of receipt by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your name, address, order number, and detailed information (including images) for any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe. A B GREAT Customer Support representative will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Returns/Product Satisfaction Guarantee – If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the full purchase price (less shipping) within 30 days of the purchase date. You can return your item by using the return label enclosed with your order. If you have any questions, email email@example.com and a B GREAT Customer Support representative will get back to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing & Shipping – Once an order has been received in our system, a processing time of 1 to 3 business days is required to review the order.
Shipments are sent using USPS. Shipping times are dependent on the location distance from our main warehouse and fulfillment center. We offer Ground Shipping (generally 4-7 days) and Expedited Shipping (generally 1-3 days). Shipping time does not include any potential for inclement weather, holidays, or backorders. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information.
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States at this time. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future, so check back with us.
If a backorder takes place, we will do our best to notify you of the backorder and provide the estimated next shipment date.
