SHAKE WELL. SEPARATION IS NATURAL. For moderate effect*, drink half a bottle. For maximum effect*, drink one whole bottle.

Do not exceed two bottles daily, consumed several hours apart. Use or discard any remainder within 72 hours of opening. Individual results may vary.

You may experience a Niacin Flush that lasts a few minutes. This is caused by increased blood flow near the skin.
